Talent Submission Guidelines & Process
With the boutique nature of our firm, we hold a diligent process in vetting new clients for our roster. After the submission is received, we evaluate the package based on prior experience, training, potential for growth and goals. Please refer to the information below, submissions via email are accepted by the guidelines noted: Although we understand the desire to call and chat, there is no way possible that we can return talent phone calls pertaining to new talent submissions or status. Please, no calls/no dropoffs. We DO review each submission that we receive, direct response to each submission will not be made. If you feel as if your submission deserves a second look and haven't yet secured management, do please feel free to submit again after a four month lapse from the initial submission. Do keep in mind that no response does not mean that you're insufficient as a performer; there are numerous factors including time of year, current roster load, and potential conflicts that come in consideration. Although our firm may not be a fit at the time; there are dozens of others that may.
